At CIRCULARI, we place great importance on the materials we work with and how our pieces are manufactured. We are committed to natural woods, healthy finishes, and local processes that combine craftsmanship and technology to create durable, sustainable, and locally sourced furniture.

What is the difference between pine wood and ash wood?

Pine is a lighter wood with a softer appearance, pronounced grain, and a warm tone. Ash, on the other hand, is a harder and more durable wood with an elegant grain and a lighter tone.

Where are CIRCULARI furniture products manufactured?

We manufacture all our furniture in Barcelona using over 60% renewable energy, combining artisanal processes with precision technology to ensure quality, sustainability and local sourcing.

What is the delivery time?

Each piece of furniture is made to order to avoid overproduction. The estimated manufacturing time is 10 days, plus shipping, which usually takes between 2 and 5 business days depending on the area. Therefore, once the order is received, the furniture will be delivered within 10-15 business days.

Can I pick up my order at the CIRCULARI offices?

Yes. If you prefer to pick up your order, you can do so at our offices. At checkout, select the "Pick up at CIRCULARI" option and we'll let you know when it's ready.

Does the furniture come assembled?

Our furniture arrives disassembled to reduce shipping volume, but includes clear instructions for quick and easy assembly (we promise!).

About the circular system

At CIRCULARI, we believe that furniture can have more than one life. Our circular system allows you to return items when you no longer need them, so we can refurbish them and put them back into use. This way, we reduce waste, make the most of resources, and promote more responsible and sustainable consumption.

What is the Circulari System buyback?

We are committed to buying back your furniture when you no longer need it, regardless of its condition. While we believe that caring for furniture is beneficial for everyone, you can return it even if it's scratched or damaged: we'll make sure it looks like new.

What does it mean to receive a 30% discount when you return it?

When you return a piece of furniture, you can receive a voucher for 30% off the purchase price of your next purchase at CIRCULARI. This voucher can be used to generate a discount of up to 30% on the value of your new purchase.

And the 15% subscription fee?

If you prefer not to buy anything at that time, you can receive a 15% refund of the original purchase price via bank transfer.

When is the bonus received?

The voucher or credit is issued once the furniture arrives at our facilities and we verify that all the necessary parts for remanufacturing are present. We then process the refund within a few days.

Does the discount ticket expire?

Discount tickets do not expire and are transferable for use whenever and with whomever you want.

How do I activate the refund?
  1. Register on your CIRCULARI profile.
  2. Please indicate which furniture you wish to return.
  3. We will send you a box and disassembly instructions.
  4. When the box arrives, you can schedule the pickup with the carrier.

We'll take care of the rest.

What does “refurbished, remanufactured or renewed furniture” mean?

Each piece of furniture that returns to us is inspected, repaired, and lovingly restored. It has the same functional and aesthetic guarantee as a new piece , but with a much smaller environmental impact.

How does the remanufacturing process work?

When we receive a piece of furniture, we inspect it piece by piece. We repair, sand, polish, and varnish each element, using high-quality materials and the same non-toxic finishes. The result: a piece of furniture with a new life, as beautiful and functional as the first.

How can I tell if the furniture I'm buying is new or refurbished?

You won't be able to know, that's the point ;)

We take such care in the remanufacturing process that we leave the furniture looking like new.

Do refurbished furniture items come with a warranty?

Yes. All our new or remanufactured furniture has the same warranty.

What happens if I lose a piece or screw from the furniture?

No problem. You can request replacement parts through your CIRCULARI profile. We'll send you what you need to get your furniture back in working order.

What happens if I move and want to return the furniture?

No problem as long as it's within the Iberian Peninsula. You'll just need to update your collection address in your CIRCULARI profile before starting the process.

What impact does the circular system have?

Every piece of furniture returned and remanufactured prevents further deforestation, reduces waste, and decreases the carbon footprint. In short: more savings, less consumerism.
